In addition to 20 years of self-study and exploration, I have a lot of experience helping other practitioners resolve a wide range of personal and professional problems. Time management seems to be a common concern. I can show you how to get more things done with an economy of energy and intent.

My articles on personal and spiritual growth have appeared in several publications, I have been organizing holistic events since 1999 and have spoken to holistic business groups numerous times. I am one of the founders of the Concho Holistic Association and the Abilene Holistic Network in Texas.
